What is daima service? ›

Daima is a service that enables customers to keep their lines active for a period of 6 months to 2 years without the need to top up.

The Daima Service aims at giving Safaricom subscribers an opportunity to extend their line's lifecycle for a duration of time under the available options.

How to activate the roaming service. Before you travel, you are required to ensure that the Roaming Service is activated on your line. For PostPay subscribers, please dial 200. Roaming is automatically updated on a PrePay line.

Daima bundle has a validity of 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. While TRAVELLING or WORKING ABROAD, you do not need to worry any more. Apart from *100#/*200#, you can also use MySafaricom App to access the service.
