Daima Service (2024)

Daima is a service that enables customers to keep their lines active for a period of 6 months to 2 years without the need to top up.

The service seeks to address the challenge of inactive lines for customers who may be:

  • Travelling or living abroad for long periods
  • Away for school
  • Away at police/army training
  • Having a change of ownership of line situation e.g., due to loss of a loved one
  • In need of car tracking services
  • In possession of multiple lines that they wish to keep active.

Daima will offer three packages starting from KSh.200 for 6 months, KSh.500 for 1 year, and KSh.1,000 for 2 years.

The Service is only available to Individual Prepay customers (Exempted - M-PESA tills, Corporates and Post-pay) by dialing *100*4#
