Is there a way to collaborate on MS Project? ›

Share Microsoft Project for collaboration and an uninterrupted workflow. This allows teams to work on the same project in real-time. You can share a project plan for collaboration with up to 100 individuals, and as many as 20 users can simultaneously work on the plan at the same time.

Go to our Online Portal page and Sign In with your email and password. Click on “Team” tab and then click on the “Add new team member” button and insert the user's email address, set the name and the role to “Read Only”. Click on the “Add new team member” button.

With Microsoft 365 and OneDrive or SharePoint, multiple people can work together on a Word document, Excel spreadsheet, or PowerPoint presentation.

If the guest isn't part of the organization, the project group administrator must first add the guest to the project's Microsoft 365 Group. After that's done, they can add guests by using the Azure portal, or through Outlook or Teams. Guests can't be added through Project.

The document will then open in the Office Online app where you'll be able to edit it. There's no need to save the file as each change is automatically saved back to your file in Box. You can also have multiple people editing the same document simultaneously if both are using Office Online!

Co-edit a file

Files uploaded and shared to a team are accessible to every member of the Team. In Microsoft 365 for the web, Office for Android or iOS, or the latest applications from Microsoft 365, you and your team members can co-edit Word, PowerPoint, or Excel documents, or comment on Visio files.
