How do I contact Macmillan customer care? ›

Access Your Free Two-Week Grace Period

After two weeks, you will be required to purchase access or enter an access code to start working in your course again. Follow these directions to access Achieve free for two weeks.

4. How do I find my access code? You will find your access code printed on the inside cover of your book or booklet, unless otherwise instructed by your local Macmillan representative or learning material supplier.

Full time students do not have any tuition cost (it's free). Students who are looking to take one or two classes or are enrolled in another school and want to take extra classes through Achieve will be charged $250 per semester class and $325 for Dual Credit classes.

One factor keeping the prices high is the fact that access codes are typically available only at the campus bookstore and not on websites that cater to students who are concerned about costs.

Can I refund achieve? ›

If you have purchased access online to Achieve and you drop the course, you can request a refund within two weeks of purchasing access. You can then re-purchase access when you take the course later.
