Using COD Points in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (2024)
COD Points – the in-game currency used in Call of Duty®games – can be used to obtain digital content from the in-game store, including the Battle Pass. To get COD Points, visit theStoremenu in the game, then selectFranchise Store. You can also purchase COD Points from your platform's store.
You will only see and be able to spend COD Points on the platform you purchased them on.However, items you purchase with COD Points are shared across all platforms you have linked to your Activision account unless they are exclusive to a specific platform.
COD Points you earn through the Battle Pass can only be spent on the platform you are playing on when you unlock a Battle Pass Tier awarding COD Points.
COD Points are the primary way to acquire the Battle Pass, the seasonal tiered reward system. You can also use COD Points in the in-game Store to buy Bundles that can include Weapon Blueprints, Operator Skins, Calling Cards, Emblems, and other digital in-game content.
The full Battle Pass — available for 1,100 COD Points — grants access to all 100+ rewards in the Battle Pass (not including BlackCell rewards). The Battle Pass Bundle — available for 2,400 COD Points — includes the full Battle Pass plus 20 Battle Tokens (25 on PlayStation).
Call of Duty® Points (CP) are the in-game currency that can be used in Modern Warfare® III and Call of Duty: Warzone™ to obtain new content. With your CP, you can enhance your experience by purchasing new items and accessories that are added with each new season throughout the year.
You can also use COD Points to purchase the Battle Pass. It's a digital pass with 100 levels (also known as "Tiers") that lasts for 1 Season. As you play the game, you level up your Battle Pass and unlock new skins and other cosmetics at each Tier.
You must use the same account in MW3 that you used in MW2. Even if you have multiple accounts linked to Activision, the CP can't be transferred between them. You must be on the same platform, meaning you must be playing MW3 on the same console you played MW2 on.
They can be used in the Credits section in the Store to purchase Crates, Weapon Camos, Weapons Blueprint, Operator Skins, Vehicle Camo, and more things.
This is because the points are linked to your Activision account rather than the platform you choose to play on. Those who have COD Points in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone will have them appear in Black Ops 6 as soon as the servers are switched on.
