Related to top-up charge
Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.
Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursem*nt of the assessment imposed by this act.
Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;
Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.
Monthly Recurring Charge or “MRC” shall mean the monthly recurring charges for the Service as set out in the Customer Order Form or COF;
Late Payment Charge means the charge that is applied when either Party fails to remit payment for any charges by the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received after the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received in funds which are not immediately available or received by either Party as of the Bill Due Date, or if either Party does not submit the Remittance Information.
Transition bond charge means a charge, expressed as an
SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;
Cancellation Charge has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 5.1 of Part 2; "Core Operational Period" in relation to any part of the Network, means the period of the day when that part is generally open to train movements;
Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay the customer's share of transition costs.
