Schedule Time for R&R
Not sure if anyone told you this, but taking breaks is okay! If you have difficulty knowing how or when to relax, start scheduling time for NOTHING or an activity you enjoy.
Plan a family outing, a meet-up with friends, or some time to spend by yourself reading or honing in on a hobby. By scheduling downtime, you're better supporting your career and improving your personal life all at once!
