How to stop eBay seller offers? ›

If a buyer watches your item or adds it to their cart, you can send them special offers. Here's how: Go to My eBay Selling or Seller Hub Active. Select Send offer beside the eligible item (or Eligible to send offers, if you're using Seller Hub).
