What is the return policy for ring? ›

Ring offers a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your order to request a full refund. For order numbers starting with 001 (example: 001-1234567), you can begin the return process by visiting http://returns.narvar.com/ring/returns.

You have 30 days from the date you received your device(s) to request a full refund with no questions asked. You may have additional rights under applicable law, and our returns policy does not affect such rights.

You cannot remove items from an existing order, but you have 30 days from the date you received your device(s) to return the item for a full refund.

Most jewelers accept returned, unworn engagement rings for 30 days from the date of purchase. When you decide to return the ring, you should include the original ring documents. You need to include receipts, certificates, maintenance records, appraisals, and ring box with the engagement ring, itself.

You can return or exchange your item at any Jared store for up to 30 days after purchase (date shipped for online orders). Please note: We can handle a return online, but exchanges must be done at one of our stores.

Ask the retailer if it has a returns policy which extends your statutory rights. You have no rights if the item does not fit when you have had the opportunity to try it on, or if you simply change your mind or the person you have bought the item for does not like it.

Transferring Ring doorbell to a new owner

We send the previous owner a series of emails to tell them someone is attempting to take over their Ring device. We allow the previous owner 15 days to respond to the emails. If this time elapses with no response from them, we will release ownership. We send you a confirmation email once the device is ready to set up.
