In the Assign Resources dialog, in the Resource Name column, select the resource that you want to replace. Choose Replace. In the Replace Resource dialog box, select the resource that you want to replace, and then choose OK.

To replace an existing resource with an enterprise resource, in the Project Resource column, select the resource or generic resource that you want to replace. Under Enterprise Resource, select the new enterprise resource, and then choose Replace.

Double-click the resource to open the Resource Information dialog box, and then click the Costs tab. Under Cost rate tables, click the A (Default) tab, and then type a cost value in the Per Use Cost column. To delete a resource, on the View menu click Resource Sheet – select the resource's name or select the row that corresponds to the resource – press the Delete key or use the Delete option under the Team tab or right click on the resource's ID and select Delete Resource.
