What are the core ethical values? ›

Health Education Specialists display personal behaviors that represent the ethical conduct principles of honesty, autonomy, beneficence, respect, and justice.

At the IBE, we differentiate between ethical values (such as honesty, fairness, integrity, trustworthiness, respect) and business values (such as innovation, value-for-money, customer-focus).
