Attorneys in the Voyager cryptocurrency class action announced Monday that they have obtained the first settlement in the litigation from NASCAR driver Landon Cassill.
“I’m glad this case was amicably resolved and am sorry that so many other people also lost money with Voyager,” said Cassill, who garnered national attention for being the first NASCAR driver to be paid fully in cryptocurrency. Cassill and JD Motorsports promoted Voyager in a sponsorship deal.
