Can I get my money back from Lazada Wallet? ›

If your available balance sits in the Refund section, you can directly withdraw the amount if needed by referring to the steps below. At Lazada Wallet page, click on 'Available Balance' to view in your Refunds section. Then, click on the 'Withdraw' button. You would need to select an account to withdraw.

Withdrawable Deposits are the portion of your Lazada Wallet's deposit balance that can be withdrawn or transferred to your preferred bank account or e-wallet. These are top-ups from bank accounts, Instapay, e-wallet, over the counter channels, etc.

I checked their help center and found out that the refund period is 1-3 days. I was feeling anxious all throughout this moment because I couldn't unlink my Gcash account yet as the amount will be refunded to my Gcash because Gcash was used to pay for the order.
