Relatively speaking and as 2020 comes to an END; I must admit in the 40 years that I have been in this industry, I have NEVER seen anything quite like this mortgage Market. COVID-19 and the Presidential Election alone seem to have a great impact on the overall Financial Sector.
NOW more than ever is a time for you to learn and understand all about Mortgage Banking and how it works. Because in my opinion 2021 is more than likely going to be another roller coaster year for the Financial Services Industry.
Besides, if you already own a HOME, just know… Interest Rates are at an all-time LOW! They are hovering in the very low 2’s! So if you are looking to Refinance now is the time to explore your options!
I was on a call just today; whereby the Analysis and Government Agencies are predicting Rates to rise in the coming months. With that said, NO ONE HAS A CRYSTAL BALL and NO ONE KNOWS FOR SURE; but the Market Indicators today are showing signs of increase. Plus, we all know about the HUGE changes on Capitol Hill in recent months.
Anyway, my best advice, do your homework NOW so that you make an informed decision.
