Can I send an item with Click & Drop at send.royalmail.com if I don't have a printer?
Yes. There are a few different ways to do this…
Book a collection and use our Bring My Label service
Using our Bring My Label service, you can now book a collection online and choose for your postie to bring your labels to you.** This service can only be accessed via Click & Drop. If no one is going to be available to receive the labels you can choose to leave your parcel in your nominated Safeplace.***
At a Customer Service Point (CSP)
If you purchase your postage online at send.royalmail.com you can get your postage label printed when you drop your parcel off. Once you've received your QR code to your mobile, take it to your Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP), usually located at your local Delivery Office or a Post Office branch. They’ll scan the QR code, print the label, which you can then fix to your parcel and drop off while you’re there*. There’s no additional charge once you’ve paid for the postage. Find the nearest Customer Service Point or Post Office branch
Using the Parcel Collect Service
*Please note: Our Customer Service Points can’t currently provide CN22/23 forms so please take your international items to a Post Office once the postage label has been printed. This doesn’t affect items when you have pre-printed the postage labels and applied the CN22/23 before dropping off at a Customer Service Point.
Items from Northern Ireland to the EU do not require customs declarations and may be taken to Customer Service Points.
*Label printing at a Post Office is available for 1st Class (including Signed For), 2nd Class (including Signed For), Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. It is also available for Tracked (including with signature) but parcel only format.
**We can only bring labels to you for domestic non-return parcels.
***You can only request your postie to bring one pre-printed label if leaving an item for collection from your Safeplace.
Returning an item
I'veused your returns portal, but can't print my tracked returns label, what can I do?
If you're returning an item to a retailer and you've created the tracked returns label but can't print it, we can help. Simply take the QR code on your mobile to your Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP), or Post Office® branch. They’ll scan the QR code and print the label, which you can then fix to your parcel and drop off while you’re there.
Find the nearest Customer Service Point or Post Office® branch that will Print your prepaid labels by visitingServices Near You and clicking on the Delivery/Post Offices tab.
I’ve received the confirmation email, but I can’t see the QR code
This could be down to your email service provider blocking the QR code, or your corporate network. You should check your email settings, or contact your IT department if you’re on a network.
