The currencies supported when you make a transfer to your linked HSBC account using Global View and Global Transfers are:
AED, AUD, BHD, BMD, CHF, CNY, CZK, DKK, EGP, EUR, GBP, HKD, INR, JPY, LKR, MXN, MYR, NOK, OMR, PHP, QAR, SEK, SGD, THB, USD, VND and ZAR.
Global Transfers with Global Money Account to Mexico are not supported.
The transfer of BMD, EGP, MYR, LKR, PHP and VND may take a longer time. Please note they are not available for transfers from Global Money Account.
CNY is not supported if the receiving country is China.
The countries and regions supported by Global View and Global Transfers for eligible accounts are:
Australia, Bahrain, Bermuda, China, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, Egypt, Hong Kong (AMH), India, Indonesia, Jersey (HSBC Expat), Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, UAE, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.
Accounts eligible for Global Transfers include all HSBC checking and deposit accounts, except for Certificated of Deposit (CDs).
To make an international transfer to someone else’s HSBC account, please use a Global Money Account.
Global View and Global Transfers are only available for HSBC Premier and existing HSBC Advance clients and are not available in all countries.
Foreign currency exchange rates and local country limitations may apply.
Transfers from HSBC accounts from outside the U.S. may be subject to transfer fees.
You'll need online banking to access Global View and Global Transfers.
Access to U.S. online banking through Global View from outside the U.S. may be limited.
