@AskFrontier My internet has gone out twice in the last three days. The automated phone system says there's no issue.It takes forever to get through the automated phone system with all the useless FYIs. Please make this more concise.

@AskFrontier My wife and I both work from home, so these constant service disruptions are unacceptable. I will not hesitate to switch to a more reliable ISP if this continues.

@FrontierCorp @ATT Nothing like my internet going out every few minutes. How about instead of trying to expand you focus on fixing your god awful internet first.

@FrontierCorp @ATT Well I certainly hope that your service gets better. I have been waiting for service for my internet and have been jacked around and no one seems to care at Frontier - they can give me no answer and don’t seem to be concerned about it. Frontier is a terrible company to deal with.

@FrontierCorp I just canceled spectrum and I have to say I enjoyed telling the sales person no over and over to all the ****** offers she kept throwing at me. My frontier service starts on the 20th 👏🏼👏🏼

@itstheBMAC @Xfinity @FrontierCorp I’m all for 1G+ but if you don’t have the network infrastructure to support it won’t matter. I am getting 2G up/down soon but I need to get a 10g nic for my NAS and for my main pc so I can connect to my two 10g ports on my router.

@FrontierCorp I do have an open ticket for someone to come to my home today, but, since I figured that the voicemail number wasn't recognizing my home number, that that was the problem. Because I didn't remember the 5 digit passcode that I never use, he couldn't verify me to help my account.
