Anyone who cares for kids knows that parenting is not an easy job.

Everyone needs support to become the parental figures they want to be. Our Family Programs are a safe space to talk through parenting challenges and strengthen positive and healthy parenting habits.

Spring and Fall Programming

Classes and one-on-one support that build stronger families

Our parenting programs help parents and families grow together. Join our parenting coaches and family experts to learn how to manage family stress, tackle tough conversations with children and teens, and support your child in every stage of growth.

All courses fulfill court-ordered parenting class mandates. Caregivers must complete all sessions to receive a certificate of completion.

Classes are available in English and Spanish and typically run for several weeks. Check out our class catalog below, and complete a referral form to enroll. Once the form is completed, our team will be in touch!

Circle of Security^® Parenting Course

8-week course for caregivers with children ages 0-5

At times all parents feel lost. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. Circle of Security^® is designed to help you create stronger and more secure relationships with your children by understanding your child’s emotions and building their self-esteem.

Strengthening Families

7-week course for caregivers with children ages 10-14

The tween and teen years can be tough! Kids navigate puberty, bullying, peer pressure, and so much more. In this hands-on, interactive series, parents and their middle schoolers work with experts to build communication skills and strengthen bonds through fun games, projects, and discussions. Families leave feeling better connected, better understood, and better prepared to grow together.

Family Coaching

12-week course for caregivers with children of all ages

For families wanting to work on a specific issue, or looking for more flexible scheduling, our family coaches are here for you. Families spend 12 weeks working one-on-one with a coach to identify individualized goals and create a targeted family plan.

Nurturing Parents^®

7-week course for caregivers with children of all ages

Join a community that understands the challenges of raising kids. This series is designed to build skills, celebrate successes, and discuss challenges in a safe environment. Parents leave with a support system and an array of new skills including healthy, effective discipline, stress management, family rules, praise, and more.
