You can waive the monthly maintenance fee with one of the following:
- U.S. Bank Payment Solutions Merchant Account
- $10,000 average collected checking balance or $25,000 average collected checking balance on interest-bearing option
- $20,000 in combined average collected deposit balances9 or $50,000 in combined average collected balance on interest-bearing option9
- $50,000 combined average collected business deposits9 and outstanding business credit balances10
You can waive the monthly maintenance fee with one of the following:

- Your business’s Employer Identification Number (EIN) or tax ID number, or your Social Security number if you’re a sole proprietorship.
- Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization or a charter or similar legal document that indicates when your company was formed. (Not required for sole proprietors.)
