Blue Fan Guide - Oklahoma City Blue (2024)

By Oklahoma City Blue Staff /September 19, 2022

If you are going to be joining us at Paycom Center for an upcoming Oklahoma City Blue game during the 2022-23 season, here are a few things you might want to know to help you have a great experience at the game:

DOORS: Please note that doors to Paycom Center for Blue games open one hour before tipoff. Fans will need to use the northeast entrance near the box office for entry.

SEAT MAP: For an overview of where your seats will be located at Paycom Center, take a look at this PAYCOM CENTER MAP.

TICKETS: Full contactless mobile ticketing has been implemented for guests to use self-serve ticket scanners at all arena entrances, reducing points of contact with staff. Mobile tickets for Blue games can be seamlessly accessed or transferred via the Thunder App or mythunderaccount.com. Please note that any child age 2 and under who can sit in your lap does not need a separate ticket.

BAG POLICY: The venue bag policy allows for a maximum bag size of 14” x 14” x 6”. All bags larger than 4x6x1.5 will be required to be screened through X-ray machines. MORE INFO>>

CASHLESS VENUE: Contactless scanners are installed at all concession and merchandise locations to offer the ability to use credits cards without physically exchanging the card with staff. This technology has been put in place as we have transitioned to a fully cashless environment in the arena.

THUNDER/BLUE MERCHANDISE BOOTH: Be sure to stop by the Blue Merchandise booth in Section 105 to check out our variety of Thunder/Blue merchandise. The booth is stocked with game-day authentic items and collectibles for fans of all ages.

SMOKING: Paycom Center is a smoke-free facility for all Blue home games. Fans will be unable to re-enter the arena after leaving due to the league’s no re-entry policy. As of December 2015, the City of Oklahoma City has an ordinance that states smoking on all city property, including grounds on and around city buildings, is prohibited. Additionally, the use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers and other similar products is prohibited.

ARENA POLICIES: If you have any questions about arena facilities and policies, please see Paycom Center’s A TO Z GUEST GUIDE.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTING: Surfaces, especially high-touch surfaces, are frequently disinfected prior to, during, and after an event. These surfaces include, but are not limited to, door handles, seats, food and beverage areas, restrooms, trash receptacles, etc.

GBAC CERTIFICATION: As we continuously strive to provide an extremely high level of cleanliness and safety at our venues to our employees, guests, and clients, we are working toward becoming GBAC (Global Biorisk Advisory Council) certified facility.

Every fan matters in creating a great home atmosphere for our players. We hope you’ll ARRIVE EARLY, BE LOUD and WEAR BLUE!

We are excited that you’ll be joining us to see your Blue in action. We are proud to have your support for the Thunder and the Blue as we continue to grow the connection of NBA basketball with our community of fans. GO BLUE!
