I am always authentic, and don’t play games. It is not always appreciated by the other party, but, I am an engineer and am “there” at the interview to bid for a job that is open, and where I think I can be the best and support the company,In the cases that we don’t “click”, it is fine. It would be much worse if I were accepted and be miserable for not achieving my potential, and not allowed to grow with the company.
