The Offer: The Yearly offer ("Offer"), made available to you by Spotify (as defined in the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use, "Spotify Terms of Use"), entitles you to access the Premium Service (as defined in the Spotify Terms of Use) for a period of twelve (12) months (the "Offer Period") for a one-time prepaid discounted rate as advertised in the Offer. Your Offer is activated when you submit your payment details and pay the Offer price to Spotify.
By submitting your payment details and accepting the Offer, you (i) acknowledge and agree to the Spotify Terms of Use, Spotify's Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, and (ii) agree that, after the Offer Period ends, we will automatically continue your previous subscription. If your previous subscription was a paid-for subscription, we will charge your payment details on a monthly recurring basis, at the then-current monthly price, unless you cancel or change your subscription before the Offer Period ends (as described below). If your previous subscription was Spotify Premium for Students and you wish to continue that subscription after the Offer Period ends, you must reactivate your Spotify Premium for Students subscription by re-submitting the required information prior to the end of the Offer Period, otherwise you will be automatically subscribed to the Premium Service at the then-current standard rate after the Offer Period ends.
If you cancel your subscription to the Premium Service at any time during the Offer Period (instructions on how to cancel can be found at https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/How-to-cancel-your-subscription), you will automatically convert to the Free Service after the Offer Period ends.
If you decide to switch to another Spotify paid-for subscription during the Offer Period, (instructions on how to switch can be found at https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/subscription-levels/), we will apply a portion of what you paid for the Offer, based on the remaining months in the Offer Period, against the fees for the new Spotify paid subscription.
After the Offer Period ends, you can cancel your subscription at any time (instructions on how to cancel can be found at https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/How-to-cancel-your-subscription). If you have a paid-for subscription (e.g., Premium or Student), cancellation will take effect at the end of the then current paid-for period.
Eligibility: In order to receive this Offer you must currently have or obtain a new individual Spotify account. Current Spotify Family plan users are not eligible for this Offer.
Offer Availability: This Offer expires and must be redeemed before the date advertised. Spotify reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time and for any reason. After such withdrawal, Spotify shall not be obligated to redeem any further Offers.
Exclusions: Spotify gift cards and prepaid cards cannot be used as a valid payment method for this Offer. If you currently subscribe to Spotify through a third party (such as a telephone company) you will not be able to take advantage of this Offer. No other discounts can be applied.
Cancellation: When you register for this Offer, you consent to get access to Spotify Premium immediately, and for the full Offer Period. You agree that your right to withdraw and obtain a refund, is only available within fourteen (14) days after your purchase and is immediately revoked if you use Spotify during that 14-day period. If you wish to receive a refund before the 14-day period is over, you must contact Customer Support here. After 14 days from purchase/activation, you may cancel your subscription as described above but you will not receive a refund.
Notices: We will provide any notices to you by sending a message to your email address associated with your Spotify account. Notices sent by email are effective when sent to your email address. You will be deemed to have received any email sent to the email address associated with your Spotify account when sent, whether or not you actually receive the email. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
Spotify reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to modify this Offer at any time without prior notice and with no liability.
