Experience points, or XP as used in the game, is a resource obtained by killing enemies, and is automatically used towards leveling up the dragon of the current run. It is the only way to increase a dragon's level. If a dragon reaches its maximum level, any XP gained will not go towards other dragons.
XP Bonuses[]
So far, only pets can provide XP gain bonuses.
Pets[]
- Oddzilla: XP gained by eating any enemy is increased by 5%.
- Checkmate: XP gained by eating any enemy is increased by 5%.
- Carla: Eating an enemy transformed into an ice cream cone gives 10% more XP than it normally would.
- Baby Snax: Eating an enemy transformed into a vegetable gives 10% more XP than it normally would.
- Morta: By killing a ghost, Morta gives a temporary boost to XP gained for a period of time. The effectiveness of the boost is determined by the killed ghost's size.
- Baby Anomalyis: When equipped to Anomalyis, XP gained by eating any enemy is increased by 5%.
- This effect is therefore useless once Anomalysis is at maximum level.
