For instances of gamerscore or achievement modding, Xbox resets the profile's gamerscore. This often renders illegitimate achievements permanently unlockable in the future. Depending on the severity of the violation, Xbox might issue an additional temporary or permanent suspension to the offending player's profile.
Gamerscore has never been worth anything. It has no monetary value and can't be used for anything other than bragging rights. What you're seeing from 2013 is Microsoft points. That was what Microsoft used as currency in the Xbox store before discontinuing that and using the current currency system.
When an account is permanently banned from the Xbox network, your Xbox subscriptions are canceled. Note This applies to your Xbox subscriptions only. You can still sign in to your Microsoft account and manage your payment options, devices, and other account info.
You can get suspended from using specific Xbox network features for minor offenses. For example, you may be unable to upload content or chat with other players. More egregious violations, such as cheating or harassment, can lead to your entire account getting suspended.
The achievement in question is called Day One and only very few gamers got it in 2013. It was released at the launch of the Xbox One and was available to fans who purchased the Day One Edition of the console.
Ray Cox IV, known online as Stallion83, is a video game player known for his high Xbox Gamerscore, points for completing in-game challenges known as achievements. He was the first player to reach 1,000,000 points in early 2014.
G-Coin is the hard currency (micro transaction, digital currency) that coexist with BP. We developed this currency system as a way to adapt to the needs of the Xbox and PlayStation ecosystem and the absence of a Steam Marketplace. G-Coin can be purchased in the Microsoft Store and in the in-game store.
Electronic stores or gift shops are another place to sell your Xbox gift card for cash. If you know anyone around, all you need to do is carry your gift card to their store, inform them of your willingness to sell, and get ready to bargain, as they want to purchase it from you at the most discounted rate possible.
Once you've redeemed your Microsoft Rewards points for Microsoft Points, you can use them to purchase games, movies, music, and more from the Xbox Store.

Modifying achievements or gamerscore is unfair to players who worked hard to earn theirs. Likewise, it's not safe to use unauthorized software to modify the contents of your Xbox profile. The use of such can lead to security risks for the Xbox network and your Microsoft account.
