The Women’s Nike Air Force 1 Shadow “Amethyst Ash” is a creative, women’s-only colorway of the vintage basketball shoe that draws inspiration from Off-White and Nike’s now-classic footwear collaborations. In addition to honoring the late Virgil Abloh’s deconstructed design ethos as seen on his various Nike collaborations, the “Amethyst Ash” also nods to the avant-garde look of Sacai and Nike’s “double” aesthetic, as well. The upper is complete with a white leather base with layered Pink Oxford overlays. Amethyst Ash and Pink Oxford-colored Swooshes are placed on top one another on the sides of the shoe. An old school “Nike” logo is embroidered on the light pink leather heel tab placed over another lavender leather heel tab on the back of the shoe. A Pink Oxford rubber panel with “Air” branding is found above the tonal “Air” logo on the white rubber midsole.
