You can withdraw funds from Quantfury spot wallet by:
1. Withdrawing national currency to your bank account;
2. Withdrawing cryptocurrency to your external cryptocurrency wallet.
Withdraw national currency to your bank account
You can withdraw funds from your Quantfury spot wallet in national currencies. This is currently available for users in the following countries: Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
To withdraw funds from your Quantfury spot wallet in your national currency:
1. Click on ‘Account’ in the side menu of your Quantfury app, or in the main menu of the Quantfury web version;
2. Click on ‘Spot wallet’;
3. Click on the national currency you would like to withdraw;
4. Click on ‘Withdraw’;
5. Enter your personal details and bank account information;
6. Follow the instructions on your screen. Most withdrawals are processed within 1 business day, and should be credited to your bank account within 3 business days.
Withdraw funds in cryptocurrency
To withdraw cryptocurrency to your wallet:
Click on ‘Account’ in the side menu of your Quantfury app, or in the main menu of the Quantfury web version;
Click on 'Spot Wallet';
Click on the currency you wish to withdraw, and tap ‘Withdraw’;
Choose the amount you wish to withdraw;
Enter your destination wallet address using the entry field or the QR code scanner;
Tap 'Withdraw', and confirm your withdrawal. The funds will arrive to your wallet address according to the TXID that will appear in 3 to 5 minutes in the history of deposits and withdrawals for that particular currency, available in the spot wallet section.
History of deposits and withdrawals
To check the history of deposits and withdrawals for each currency:
Click on ‘Account’ in the side menu of your Quantfury app, or in the main menu of the Quantfury web version;
Click on 'Spot Wallet';
Click on the currency you wish to see the history of deposits and withdrawals for, and tap ‘History’;
