Yourcard is not activated– You canactivateyour new card at any time.
Yourcard details are outdated– Make sure the card isn't expired or closed, and the billingaddress on your PayPal account matches what you're entering.
Don't worry; anew card will be coming in the mail if it's expired orclosed. You can report the card as lost by going to yourcard summary page.
Youdon’t have enough money in your PayPal balance– The PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®allows you to access the money available in your balance. Add money to your balanceand adjust your automatic transfer settingsto ensure sufficient balance for future transactions.
YourPIN is incorrect– If you don't remember your PIN, you can reset it on yourcard summarypage.

- ClickSet PINunder 'Card Settings.'
The transaction amount is overyour daily spending limit–Youcan review the limits on the card summary page.
