Why does my iPhone 12 Pro Max, un-capitalize the first letter of a sentence even though I’ve capitalized it? This is illogical and unreasonable. That the settings would automatically un-capitalize the first letter of a sentence. This is not proper English. It does not look good on any kind of formal or real Document or legal documents.
Please No Canned Responses of how to set your keyboard to capitalize the first letter. That is automatically already on. The iPhone settings automatically lowercase the first letter of a sentence even subsequent sentences also.
This is faulty programming. Just because someone believes that the first sentence, the first letter of a sentence should not be capitalized, doesn't make it proper English.
I’m tired of this happening to my documents. It looks very unprofessional and it also looks incredibly modern, and documents Should Not Change to go with a certain fashion statement.

If capitalization is not working on your iPhone, there could be a few reasons for this:
- Check if the Keyboard settings are correct: Go to Settings > General > Keyboard and make sure that the "Auto-Capitalization" and "Caps Lock" features are turned on.
- Check if there is a software update available: Sometimes, issues with the keyboard can be resolved by updating to the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check if there is an update available.
- Reset your iPhone's settings: If none of the above solutions work, you can try resetting your iPhone's settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will not erase any data on your iPhone but will reset all settings to their default values.
If the issue persists, it's possible that there may be a hardware issue with your iPhone's keyboard. In that case, you may need to contact Apple Support or visit an Apple Store for further assistance.

In this sentence I will go Back and type in the missing ‘b’ to add to ‘ack’ to make it into ‘back’, and you can see it has made it ‘Back’. 3402
