It’s the modern-day oracle which knows more about its user than their mothers, partners or best friends.
So we can only imagine some of the strange and bizarre questions people have asked Google.
Now Mobiles.co.ukhas revealed 20 of the strangest thing Googlers have been searching for.
Andrew Cartledge, mobile expert at the phone firm, said: ‘Smartphones have such a huge influence on our lives, so it was no surprise that such a high proportion of the nation turn to their phone when they have a question or two.
‘If we need a query answering or we need to find something out, it’s now much easier to turn to our smartphones to gain the required information instantly, rather than ask other people to answer the question for us.’

Google doesn't have a team actively answering questions; instead, it relies on its search algorithms to provide the most relevant and reliable information available on the web.
However, there are a few questions that are unlikely to have ever been googled, such as: What is the meaning of life? What happens after we die? What is the universe made of?
People tend to be more curious about what's popular and relevant, rather than obscure or offbeat topics. However, according to Google, the least searched keywords on the internet are "Elvis has left the building," "Who is buried in Grant's tomb?" and "Are there penguins in North America?"
Should I use Google Assistant on my Android phone? It requires permission to track my web and search activity. Unless you're into some weird stuff like questionable topic searching , I really don't think those permissions can cause any sort of harm.
Google is an American search engine company, founded in 1998 by Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Since 2015, Google has been a subsidiary of the holding company Alphabet, Inc. More than 70% of worldwide online search requests are handled by Google, placing it at the heart of most Internet users' experience.
On your device, touch and hold the Home button or say "Hey Google." If the Google Assistant is off, you'll be asked to turn it on. Ask a question or say a command.
While it may seem like Google has all the answers it never will find an answer to all of your questions because they simply do not exist. All the answers will never exist because new things are discovered every day, new things are created, and as this happens even more questions are asked.
