To check if your iPhone has an eSIM activated, go to Settings and tap Cellular. If you have an eSIM, you'll see it below your carrier settings. If you don't see an eSIM or see Add eSIM, it hasn't been activated yet.
To do this, you can:Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Transfer or Reset iPhone."Select "Restore from Backup" and choose a backup that was made before you deleted the eSIM.
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Data.Tap Convert to eSIM. If you can't see Convert to eSIM, your network provider doesn't support this option. Contact your network provider to move your phone number from your physical SIM to an eSIM using eSIM Carrier Activation or by scanning a QR code.
Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > Add eSIM. If the “Add eSIM” option is available, your device will support eSIMs. You can also tap “IMEI” in the search bar of your settings, and the option “IMEI information” (or something similar) should appear. If “IMEI (eSIM)” is available, your device supports eSIM.
Scan QR Code: If you have a backup of the eSIM QR code or have received a new one after raising a request to customer support, you can use it to scan and re-add the eSIM. Follow Instructions: Once you have the required information, follow the on-screen instructions to re-add the eSIM to your device.
Once you've activated your eSIM, you can manage it by navigating to the “Cellular” Section in your iPhone settings. Here, you can view and switch between your active eSIM profiles.
