The length of time aLife Insurance claim can take depends on our requirements.
Once we have everything we need and agree to pay a claim it takes 3-5 working days for the funds to clear.
We won't pay on some plans or may reduce the amount we pay if the person insured did not fully answer the questions we asked about their health or lifestyle. If the application was completed truthfully and accurately then there won't be any problems. If you'd like a copy of your application form then please ask us.
