Hazards inherent to the listing (e.g., high heights, bodies of water) must be disclosed in the listing description. In addition, hosts must follow all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., the listing should meet applicable fire code requirements). Learn more about safety information on listings.
  • Authorization: Airbnb requires that all hosts be authorized to host, and that hosts comply with all applicable laws. Hosts must adhere to specific rules for timeshares or similar accommodation types when considering whether or not to list these types of accommodations on Airbnb.
