Transaction hash (txid)is an identifier used to uniquely identify a particular transaction. All on-chain transactions (the transactions from or to external addresses) have a uniquetxidthat can be seen in transaction details. If you have any questions regarding a deposit or a withdrawal, it is always useful to provide the transaction hash. This way, a support team agent will be able to locate and check the status of the transaction.
You can find a hash in Details. In Freewallet, you have the History tab on the main page, so it should be easy to find a hash. When using other services, first go to the transaction details, and then search for something like Transaction ID, TXID, Transaction Hash etc.
To locate a transaction hash/hash ID, there are a few options available to you. If you have a cryptocurrency wallet, you can check it for the transaction hash. Alternatively, you can use a blockchain explorer to search for the transaction hash.
1. Go to the Activity tab and click on the transaction you are interested in. 2. Copy Transaction Hash clicking on Copy transaction ID link or View on block explorer.
