A 5-Digit PIN is a unique PIN that may be used as an alternative means of logging in to your Mobile App. To use, simply tap "Log in with 5-Digit PIN" at the login screen, and then enter your unique PIN to log in to your account.
To set up a 5-Digit PIN:
- Log in to Mobile Banking
- Tap the Gear on the Account Overview page
- Under Security Settings, tap “Security Center”
- Slide “Enable 5-Digit PIN” to the left so green is showing
- Enter and confirm 5-Digit PIN
Result: The following message will display: 5-Digit PIN Setup Successfully
To Disable 5-Digit PIN Login:
- Log in to Mobile Banking
- Tap the Gear on the Account Overview page
- Under Security Settings, tap “Security Center”
- Slide “Enable 5-Digit PIN” to the left so green is no longer showing.
Result: You will then be required to enter your User ID and Password or use Fingerprint/Touch ID if enabled, in order to log in. To Enable 5-Digit PIN Login again, you will need to select the option ”Enable 5-Digit PIN” and follow the steps above.
