Mission Rewards is a loyalty programme which gives you points to access tiers and benefits along with credits for your Mission Wallet. Each time you spend directly with us, your Mission Wallet is credited at a value of 3% of your total spend. This can then be redeemed on future Mission purchases online or at the Cellar Door.

Benefits of Tiers
- Benefits apply at each tier. Certain benefits are immediately accessible from Bronze tier when you sign up, with more benefits applying as you move up through the tiers.
- Your tier and associated benefits will remain in place for 12 months from the date it was gained.

Move up through the tiers to unlock enhanced benefits
- All new members are immediately allocated Bronze tier
- Accrue 1,200 points to achieve Silver tier
- Accrue 2,400 points to achieve Gold tier
- Accrue 4,000 points achieve Platinum tier
- Achieve Platinum tier for five years in a row and become a Platinum Lifetime Member
- Each membership tier is retained for 12 months. You must collate the required points in each 12-month period to retain your tier.
- Membership benefits must be used within the 12-month period after the tier in which they are achieved. They do not carry over from one 12-month period to the next.

Platinum Lifetime Members
Once you have achieved Platinum tier for five years in a row, you become a lifetime member and will be gifted a bottle of Huchet, hand-signed by the winemaker. Your Platinum tier will remain in place for you as the owner, for your lifetime.
NB. The lifetime membership cannot be transferred.
Accruing points and Mission Wallet credits
Points and mission wallet credits can be accrued by
- Making any online purchase, including wine, Cellar Door vouchers and merchandise
- Making any purchase directly from our Cellar Door, including wine, wine tastings, and merchandise
- Purchasing Cellar Door Event tickets directly from Mission (where possible)
- Two points are accrued for every NZ$1 spent. Points are valid for 12 months
- 3% of your total spend (excluding freight) is credited to your Mission Wallet. Mission Wallet credits are valid for three years from when they were earned
