Click on the 'Tools' tab located at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu, select 'Track Changes'. A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar will display all the changes made to the document.

You can't track PDF opens or views. It's possible to set up PDF tracking with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google Tag Manager. There are plenty of step-by-step instructions and guides on the web. Basically, you would create triggers that count the frequency of a specific event: PDF downloads.
