What's the difference between the Venmo Credit Card and the Venmo Debit Card?

The VenmoMastercard®Debit Card is a debit card connected to your Venmo balance. There is no line of credit offered with the Venmo Debit Card.

The Venmo Credit Card earns cash back rewards on your eligible purchases*. During each statement period,you will:

  • Earn 3% on your top spend category  
  • Earn 2% on your second top spend category

How do I manage my Venmo Credit Card notifications?

To adjust your Venmo Credit Card notification settings:

  1. Go to the Venmo Credit Card section of the Cards tab
  2. Tap Venmo Credit Card notifications
