THE BEST TIME TO VISIT PUERTO RICO
Puerto Rico`s weather is warm year-round with daily average temperatures ranging from the mid to high 80s. The island is best visited from the middle of April through the month of June, just before the start of summer, hurricane and rainy season. During these late spring to early summer months, the weather is perfect and barely reaches above 85 with sunshine-filled days perfect for lounging on the beaches or sightseeing. The best weather is during the winter months, which is a busy and expensive time of year to visit. The months of January, February, and March see the least rainfall and are a popular time to visit the island, many northern travelers visit during these months due to frigid temperatures in the north. The Atlantic Hurricane season begins June 1st and lasts through November 30th, Puerto Rico is situated within the hurricane belt and has seen its fair share of devastating storms. The fall months can be a very economical time to travel to Puerto Rico with lower hotel prices and affordable flights offered this time of year. The temperature of the ocean is always a perfect 81 degrees.
