How do I unzip in Google files? ›

Right-click the file you want to zip, and then select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder. Open File Explorer and find the compressed folder. To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. You can also select Extract All from the command ribbon.

Navigate to the location where the zip file is saved on your device. You can use a built-in file manager like Files(by Google) or download a third-party file manager from the Google Play Store. Tap on the zip file. If your device has a built-in tool to handle zip files, it will prompt you to extract the files.

To unzip (extract) files or folders from a zipped folder
