@Handian Sudianto - Thanks for reaching out to us.If you are late on your Azure payment, your subscription will be disabled, and you will not be able to access your Azure resources until the payment is made.
Before your subscription is disabled, you will receive notifications via email and in the Azure portal reminding you to make the payment. If you still do not make the payment, your subscription will be disabled, and your resources will be stopped.
Once your subscription is disabled, you will not be able to start or use any of your Azure resources until the payment is made. However, your data will be retained for a period of time, depending on the type of service. For example, your virtual machines will be stopped but the data on the disks will be retained for up to 90 days.
If you do not make the payment within a certain period of time, your subscription and resources may be permanently deleted.
