How accurate is Twilio's AMD? AMD accuracy depends on multiple factors, including the specified MachineDetection type and configuration used. MachineDetection=DetectMessageEnd accuracy is close to 100% accurate in US destinations with default settings.

With Twilio, you can get instant access to local, national, mobile, and toll-free virtual numbers in 50+ countries. You can programmatically search for available phone numbers via API and purchase numbers via the same API. Or, log in to find and purchase phone numbers via the Twilio Console.

Starting July 1, 2021, Twilio will pass through AT&T's carrier fees of $0.0025 per outbound SMS message segment and $0.003 per outbound MMS. Starting July 1, 2021, Twilio will pass through T-Mobile's carrier fees of $0.0025 per SMS message segment (inbound and outbound) and $0.01 per MMS (inbound and outbound).

How long does Campaign Vetting take? All Campaign approvals are subject to a vetting process. A2P 10DLC registration can take 1-7 business days for standard use cases. Please account for this approval time when planning your registration.

Number registration can take up to 24 hours to complete. If you have a number pending Number Registration, the best thing to do is wait for it to complete. If your number has been pending registration for more than 24 hours, please contact Twilio Support.

Messages can only be queued for 10 hours and then they automatically fail. This queue length limit can be reduced by setting a lower Validity Period within your Messaging Service settings or in your API requests to send messages. You can monitor the length on your queue via the Queue Insights dashboard .
