Do you support third party international transfers?
We currently do not facilitate third-party international transfers. Currently, we only facilitate third-party AUD transfers.
How soon will the transferred funds be available?
We offer same-day processing on Australian bank transfers completed and confirmed on blockchain on any day.For other currencies, transfers made before 3pm will be processed for international settlement the same day, after 3PM or on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day. It might take up to 2 business days to receive the funds in your bank account after your international withdrawal is processed.
Are there any fees to make a crypto transfer to a bank account?
No, RelayPay doesn’t charge any fees. The exchange amount displayed at the time of transaction is final and all-inclusive.However on international transfers, your bank might charge an incoming transfer fee which is not under RelayPay’s control.
Is there a cap on how much money I can send in one transaction?
Yes. We have limits on cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies for each combination.
Can I claim a refund after a conversion?
No. After your cryptocurrency is converted to a local currency, we can’t make any refunds.
