How long does it take to get your money from TopCashback? ›

After you have sent the image of your receipt to us, the cashback amount will track to your account Earnings at pending status within 1 hour. It can then take up to 30 days for the cashback to be approved and made payable (the point at which you can withdraw your cashback).

When you click to a merchant from TopCashback, small chunks of information (known as cookies) are stored in your browser, they simply store tracking information so that, any purchases made will result in the store reading this information.

Generally speaking, the merchants get invoiced for the cashback after the end of the calendar month in which the transaction occurred. This means that if your transaction was at the start of a month, then you will probably be waiting a longer time for your cashback than someone who purchased at the end of a month.

If you find that you can't use your desired payout option, you may need to press 'split payout by merchant', untick any restricted merchants, and wait for the amount to automatically recalculate.

If this happens, then firstly – don't panic. Please wait for seven days for this to track; as some transactions take a little while to be reported to us by the merchants. If at this stage, the cashback has not tracked to your account, simply lodge a 'Missing Cashback Claim' and we'll be able to look into it for you.

No Sign Up Bonus

There are no limits to when you can redeem the cash you have earned through TopCashback. Unfortunately, this also means that you will not get a sign up bonus that is so common to many popular cashback platforms. To see the numbers grow, you are going to have to do some shopping!

One of the reasons TopCashback stands out is that they don't take a cut of your earnings. If your cashback claim has been rejected then we're really sorry, but there is very little we can do. When cashback claims are rejected, we may not be informed of the reason. Frequently however, the reason is that the merchant has already paid your cashback as commission to another website.

Cashback should appear on your Earnings page within 7 days of your purchase, but it usually isn't ready to withdraw straight away.
