Disclaimer: if you arent used to reading a heck ton of information all at once or just cant understand when given a lot of information at once, this post has a lot of words. when i moved wikis i learned how to truly write a wikia argument post, with all the back up evidence and such. ill put a tldr at the end probably because of this. (i didnt do this)
*I will try to include as much information i can about other colored hives. my main viewpoint for this however is a Mixed hive.
With that said, lets talk about the order to gift event bees.
Event Bees. a special type of bee that has a requirement or restriction (such as a quest or robux) to obtain.
These bees are practically all powerful. they are special and have many uses and strong abilities. their gifted bonuses can also be very useful.
The first bee to gift is Bear bee. the reason why: Special bear buffs. it as well gives 10% pollen. the special bear tokens are useful in different ways, as their morphs give different abilities than just x2 for everything. 10% pollen is self explanitory.
The next bee to do is Tabby bee, with its gifted buff being 50% crit power. self eplanitory. when gifted, its scratch also is always a crit, which is very useful if at max love. at max love it will do more than a gifted photon in collection.
With that said, to prevent quick fill ups for lower tier bags, do photon next. in reality, photon and tabby are interchangeable. it gives 5% instant conversion, which isnt that good, but however beamstorm would auto convert into honey, preventing quick fill up.
Gummy bee next, with 5% honey per pollen. its abilities are also buffed, with glob covering many more flowers, around 50% more.
So- why is Vicious bee so late? because all it grants is a 15% less respawn time. great for mob runs, but overall more painful against field bosses such as stump snail and coconut crab in mid game players, as they have to fight more often and have less time to grind.
"Oh but twilight! you idiot! Gifted Vicious Bee does more damage per spike!"
Well yes, but actually partially no. while i guess it does seem to do more damage, from what i have seen between the two, no, it doesnt buff it that much. perhaps i am wrong, im just stating what i have seen and heard.
And perhaps it does indirectly. but i will take this small thing to heart even though it is wrong. (found on Windy Bee Page)
Windy Bee. the reason why it is so late is that usually you get it late game, after you gift the ones before, usually. if you do get it early though, gifting it is a pretty good idea.
Festive bee! better gifts is good, but its gifted ability is only good for red hives, thats why its so low. (sorry red hives.).
Puppy bee, as bond from treats is i guess good, but i decided to keep it low as many others agree with its weakness just in general.
Cobalt and Crimson, the bottom two. each matches its own hive color, and why its low. its only used in its hive, and such depends on your color.
Thats all. thank you for listening to my ted talk, goodnight.
