The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom has an impressive variety of weapons to use and fuse on your quest to take down The Demon King. Certain powerful arms called Champion Weapons can be crafted after you recruit a sage and unlock their powerful ability.

Once you complete a sage's corresponding temple, talk to the region's blacksmith about crafting a rare weapon. These Champion Weapons will cost at least three diamonds each to craft, in addition to two other materials, depending on the weapon. Once you've put in the time to forge these five tools, you'll have every Champion Weapon in Tears of the Kingdom, so which one reigns supreme?
5 Daybreaker
Daybreaker is a beautiful, vibrantly colored shield you receive once you help Riju take care of one of the game's most difficult bosses, the Gibdo Queen. This unique shield is also distinctive from the other Champion Weapons because it is part of the only twin set, as it comes with the Scimitar of the Seven.
Despite not having any strong secondary effects, this gorgeous shield boasts an incredible 48 Defense to help keep you safe. As a shield, there are numerous fusions you can utilize with Daybreaker, but it's a hard choice to obscure its incredible appearance with a fusion item.
Luckily, Zonai rockets disappear after being used to launch you high up, so choosing one as a fusion is a win-win.
4 Scimitar of the Seven
Scimitar of the Seven completes the set with Daybreaker and offers a powerful secondary effect that will offset its low base damage. This unique Scimitar boasts the Powerful Fusion passive ability, which doubles the attack power of fused materials.

Therefore, if you fuse a Molduga Jaw to the Scimitar, its base attack power will increase from 32 to 64, adding to the Scimitar's base 28 damage for a total of 92. This is an incredible effect that can help give you the most value for your rarest and most powerful fusion fodder.
The Scimitar of the Seven makes a perfect pairing with Daybreaker, as you won't have to sacrifice defensive capabilities when using this powerful weapon. The swing range isn't very long, so be sure to make use of your shield in tight situations.
3 Great Eagle Bow
Revali's treasured weapon, The Great Eagle Bow certainly is worth the time and effort, as this is the only long-range Champion Weapon in Tears of the Kingdom. This bow is outfitted with the rare ability to shoot three arrows at once, an extremely useful tool when attaching materials to the end of your arrows.
Like other three-arrow bows, the Great Eagle Bow can triple the material fused to it without tripling the number of items used. This ability is excellent on its own but becomes even more deadly when you consider the bow's base 28 damage per arrow.
For comparison, the only three-shot bow that competes with The Great Eagle Bow is the Savage Lynel Bow, which clocks in at 32 damage per arrow. Considering the fact that Champion Weapons can be re-crafted (at a steep cost) on demand, this should remain in your arsenal throughout the game.
2 Lightscale Trident
Spear-class weapons are easily one of the best weapon types in Tears of the Kingdom, and the Lightscale Trident makes excellent use of this poke-damage weapon class. Its special passive ability, Water Warrior, will double the attack power of the weapon whenever Link is wet.
This powerful passive gives the Lightscale Trident a base damage of 44 when wet (22 when dry) that can increase further when fused. So, if you fuse a White-Maned Lynel Mace Horn (40 damage) to the Trident, its total power will be 124 (62 times two).
This weapon will greatly outperform the Scimitar of the Seven in most cases, especially as a result of its superior range. Few spears come close to this incredible weapon, so make it a point to acquire it if you prefer to attack from a long distance.
1 Boulder Breaker
The Boulder Breaker barely edges out the Lightscale Trident due to this weapon's immense durability and powerful Demolisher passive. While it does not tout any in-combat boosts, the Boulder Breaker will destroy rocks and boulders with ease due to the Demolisher passive ability.
In addition to its out-of-combat function, the Boulder Breaker's solid 38 base damage makes it a base weapon deserving of strong fusion material. This two-handed sword is all about durable damage dealing as it is easily the longest-lasting Champion Weapon in Tears of the Kingdom.
While its damage will be a shade below the Lightscale Trident, it will stick around to do damage consistently, giving you the biggest bang for your buck.
