How much sleep do I need?
So, how much sleep do we need? Well, this changes with age. However, it’s recommended for adults to get somewhere between 7-9 hours of sleep a night. This amount of sleep is perfect for starting your day as it allows our bodies to rest and recuperate. There are two stages of sleep: REM sleepand non-REM sleep. REM is where you dream, and non-REM sleep is for deep sleep. This is where your brain starts to recover and reset itself, so it’s ready to tackle another day of learning and thinking.
