Main Description
A Business Domain is“a manageable business area that shares ... common properties” (Lee and Lee 1998). A common language is used to describe entities within the domain. Examples are carmanufacturing, human resources, property management and the financial management business domains. Typically it refers tothe main sub-structures within the enterprise’s organization based upon the goods or services provided to both external andinternal customers.
