Sustainability-Linked Loans
Sometimes referred to as ESG-Linked Loans, Sustainability-Linked Loans are lending facilities which incentivise the achievement of ambitious, predetermined sustainability performance targets (SPTs). Facilities typically include a margin ratchet structure that ties financial benefits to sustainability performance.
