how are you trying to contact the seller? If you're using the "ask question" from the listing, there is no way to send a photo.
If you go to the item in your purchase history, on the right under more actions is the link to contact the seller. Follow the prompts and when you go to write the message, there is a small blue link under the message box to add a photo. "Attach photos".
If you got an email from the seller you can just use the reply option - like any other email. Then you send the photo as an attachment. That's the easiest way, IMO.
