1. Log in to the Western Union app.
2. Tap ‘Send money.’ Enter the destination and the amount. Choose ‘pick up in cash’ and payment by ‘Bank transfer’or ‘Credit or Debit card.’
3. Select a previous receiver or enter a new receiver’s name and address.
4. In the case of bank transfer, verify your bank account and complete your transfer. In the case of cards, pay by a credit3 or debit card issued by a bank in Italy.
5. Share the tracking number (MTCN) with your receiver for cash pickup.
