The Rod of Harmony is a Hardmode, post-Moon Lord tool. It functions identically to the Rod of Discord, instantly teleporting the player to the location of the cursor when used, but does not inflict the Chaos State debuff, allowing the player to teleport safely and as many times as desired without any drawbacks.

It can only be obtained by throwing a Rod of Discord into Shimmer in any world where the Moon Lord has been defeated.

Notes

The Rod of Harmony is identical to its predecessor while in Godmode.
Since the Rod of Harmony does not apply Chaos State when used, it cannot be used for quick self-damage like the Rod of Discord. This means there are cases where it would be preferable not to upgrade if the player was using the self-damage aspect on purpose.

Trivia

Prior to 1.2.1.2, the Rod of Discord did not inflict the Chaos State debuff, and thus functioned identically to the Rod of Harmony. The latter may be a nod to the former predecessor.
Fittingly, "harmony" is an antonym of "discord". Harmony has meanings of "peace" and "agreement", while discord has meanings of "conflict" and "disagreement", as well as "dissonance" with regards to music.
